There is more to a player than the amount of DPS, or HPS they do. Parsers do not do well at accounting for utility. Parsers do not help us understand who is a better person. Trying to get top DPS does no good if you abandon your team mates, or if you pull aggro and die.
Our goal is not to just improve as individuals, but to improve as a team.
